Week 8 of 12: pairs, twins, and seeing double
ARTISTS | Caitlind r.c. Brown & Wayne Garrett, Logan Lape, Noel Begin
Logan Lape built hand-held devices for seeing double, expanding the viewer’s peripheral vision using mirrors, creating a disorienting, unsettling, and yet humorous experience.
Noel Begin experimented with HDR digital photography techniques, capturing strange, surreal portraits playing with themes of exposure (photography) and exposure (weather).

Wayne Garrett displayed an assortment of imperfectly-mirrored tabletop objects, separated by two-way mirror.
Caitlind r.c. Brown invited people to scan their faces, and created several short after-image videos, using the brain to create positive colours on black-and-white images.
